Transformers Cyberworld - AIRACHNID!

Transformers: Cyberworld - Armor-Up Cyber Changers - Airachnid - Hasbro 2026

Transformers: Cyberworld is a YouTube web-series that began in 2025 and currently has 36 five-minute episodes (with a Season 2 premiering sometime this year). I've personally only ever watched these episodes in preparation of posting a review for the toys, so I don't have a lot of context for this toyline. Both the toys and the show itself are heavily geared towards young kids. Not necessarily preschool (like Rescue Bots), but not quite the audience for the G1 cartoon or other recent (slightly more mature) iterations either. Despite it being a YouTube show with a very limited cast of characters, there have been at least 23 Hasbro action figures so far, including Elita-1 and now Airachnid.  Plus I recently noticed a collection of Cyberworld figural keyrings from Monogram. So this show is definitely getting  peculiar merchandising push. I hope the upcoming Season 2 introduces more female characters, because a this point they've made toys of everyone. MBreed Infinite Charm - AICYNUS PRIMERA!

As long as I've been collecting Transformers, I have wished for there to be a female Optimus Prime. We've seen toys of Megatron (Megaempress), and I have 3rd Party figure of female Starscream (Star Queen), Bumblebee (Little Bee), and Cliffjumper (Little Red). But amazingly the most iconic Transformer never got a gender-swapped version... until now. MBreed is a 3rd Party manufacturer that reproduces the popular Furai model kits from Flame Toys but with an R-rated twist. I personally find the add-on rubberized breasts and buttocks pretty off-putting, but thankfully the figures still come with the pieces for the traditional body construction. This figure also comes with a very Optimus-like masked face, lots of bonus accessories, and awesome light-up eyes. This review is only highlighting the basic PG-13-rated display, namely because I was too rough and snapped her shoulder peg ... and was then too hesitant to swap parts for fear of more breakage. Transformers One - ELITA-1!

Transformers One - MDLX Series (Die-Cast) - Elita-1 - ThreeZero 2025

In a relatively short 18 months, I we have gotten 9 Elita-1 figures from Transformers One. I think that has got to be a record for any female character in film-related merchandising blitz. Even a major character like Black Widow in the MCU would be lucky to get maybe five figures for a movie. But for some reason Elita-1 hit the jackpot. It's especially surprising considering she was excluded from the first few waves of movie merchandising. I honestly thought the main figure would be a Burger King toy. Boy was I wrong. I was unaware that toy company ThreeZero made 1:12 scale figure. I thought their product was solely in the high-end 1:6 scale market. And while this figure was at a much higher price point than I would typically pay for a 5" non-transforming Transformer, I was super curious and I wasn't disappointed in the quality at all. She is perfectly sculpted, features 46 points of articulation (according to the promotional material... I didn't count), and heavy die-cast parts. Let's check out Elita-1 below!

Transformers Blokees - ARCEE!

Transformers Blokees: Galaxy Version 9 Darkest Hour - Arcee - Blokees 2025

It's amazing how quickly Blokees have become one of the most popular collectibles out there. Every store I stop in has displays or counterboxes. The mom and pop stores seem to have the best selection, followed by FYE, and then Walmart and other big box stores are good for a counter box or two. They seem to be filling in the void left by the dwindling selection of Funko product. The selection of female characters is not very impressive overall, but every one I buy I like better than the last and the lines are so prolific that there will undoubtedly be more. At the very least I predict Arcee to be repainted as a green Paradron Medic in the near future. When I went into my local toy shop yesterday, I was excited to see the Series 9 counterbox. I had been keeping my eye out for this new wave for months. But to my dismay, there were only two boxes left. One weighed a lot, and one was light as a feather. I took a gamble and bought the light one.. and huzzah! Got her. Let's check out the Arcee Blokees below!

Transformers Furai Model Kit - WINDBLADE!

The recent announcement of the pre-assembled figure releases of the Flame Toys Arcee and Windblade made me realize that I never posted a review of the original 2022 (unassembled) Windblade model kit - despite having photographed the figure three years ago. I love a good kit. There's not many opportunities to combine my toy hobby and my puzzle obsession (outside of assembling Ikea shelves for my displays) so it is a super gratifying experience. Windblade has become such a popular character and has had at least 11 action figures in 12 years. She's pretty great, and you know she has reached A-List status when the import companies start making sexified versions. Only the most popular ladies get objectified in plastic (not saying it's right, just a consistency I've observed). These Flame Toys models are definitely within that arena, but I give them a pass since they still look mostly robotic and combat-ready. I'm very curious to see if any other characters will be made. Transformers - ELITA-1, ARCEE, & BLACKARCHNIA!

Transformers Tiny Turbo Changers (2026 Edition) Blind Bags - Hasbro 2026

I'm a sucker for little Transformers collectibles, especially if there is a diverse character lineup. Some past favorite lines include Kre-O, Tiny Titans, and Tacticons. I was pretty obsessed with all of them. Between 2017 and 2020 there was a fun (but frustrating) line called Tiny Turbo Changers. They stood out because they actually transformed, they were inexpensive, and prolific.. I believe they released 100 different figures. The reason the line was frustrating was because of distribution. Most of the waves I really wanted were only released in Canada. Luckily I have friends up North who could hook me up. Flash forward to 2026 and the last thing I expected was for the Tiny Turbo Changers to be rebooted. I think all 15 new figures are repaints of the old ones, but luckily the three females have pretty distinct deco changes so I was excited to pick them all up. I even appreciate the weird attempt to differentiate between Arcee and Elita-1 with the same mold. Let's check out the Tiny Turbo Changers ladies below!

Transformers - ARCEE!

Transformers AMK (Advanced Model Kit) Mini - Series 2 - Arcee - Yolopark 2025

It's easy to get a little confused by all the Arcee figures that have been coming out over the past few years. Between the official licensed product and various 3rd Party manufacturers, there have been a plethora of little pink robots invading my toy room. I'm not complaining, I'm just amazed (and a little embarrassed that I can't keep them straight). This non-transforming Yolopark model kit is the newest addition and she's pretty great. I first heard of Yolopark this time last year when they released two Transformers One Elita-1 figures before Hasbro mentioned one. They were fun pre-painted snap-together inexpensive model kits. This Arcee from the AMK Mini line is a (predictably) smaller scale with very condensed packaging. Her pieces were already removed from the sprues and contained in a foil pouch within the small box. I'm desperately waiting for one of these lines to make more G1 ladies beyond Arcee and Elita-1, and I have a good feeling Yolopark will be the first. Let's check out Arcee below!

Transformers Furai Model Kit - ARCEE!

I've been hesitant when it comes to purchasing heavily stylized Transformers toys over the years. I specifically mean the super-detailed, almost cinematic, figures made for the Asian toy markets. Some of these are 3rd Party, and some are officially licensed by Hasbro. But while the male characters look strong, dynamic, and interesting, the predominant trait for the female characters is often sex appeal. The Arcee (Nicee) figure from Big Fire Bird (and all her retools/repaints) is a prime example. The figure features enormous organic-looking breasts on slim robotic body. I find it bizarre and off-putting personally. For a long time, I judged these Furai Model Kits in the same way. There is definitely some intended titillation in the underwear region (there is always a thong motif and a pronounced pubic mound), but at least they look largely robotic. The true reason I caved and picked up a couple of these, though, is that I love putting together action figure model kits. This one was very satisfying. Let's check out Arcee below!

Void Rivals - SOLILA (and DARAK)!

Transformers & G.I.Joe - Void Rivals SDCC Exclusive Boxset - Hasbro 2025

Void Rivals is one of the best comics I've read in recent years. I was a little late to the party and only picked up the Vol 1 TPB this time last year, just as the Vol 2 TPB was being released. I had read the Cobra Commander TPB a few months before and was thoroughly impressed by the art and story. The way they tied in so much great 80's G.I.Joe lore and told an engaging origin story with that modern Image Comics edge just blew my mind. The Transformers crossover was a surprise to me as well. I decided to dive deep into this new Energon Universe created by Robert Kirkman and Skybound for Image comics. This universe merges the Transformers and G.I.Joe properties while also including original titles, like their inaugural release Void Rivals. The story starts out with two lone representatives of warring worlds, Solila the Zerkonian and Darak the Agorrian, crash landing on a rocky planet (or moon, asteroid, or comet? Transformers Cyberworld - ELITA-1!

Transformers: Cyberworld - Quick Change Cyber Changers - Elita-1 - Hasbro 2025

The newest animated incarnation of Transformers is a webseries on YouTube called Transformers: Cyberworld which debuted in July 2025 and is produced by Hasbro and Omens Studios. There are only seven 5-minute episodes so far (as of me writing this post), featuring a Secret-Wars-type setting where characters are tested and challenged in different battle scenarios. It's pretty random but fun to watch. The cast is small with only nine characters so far. Luckily Elita-1 is present as the token female character and luckily Hasbro green-lit the series for a toyline. The character designs are small and blocky, but I appreciate the variation from the other figures on the shelves right now. Elita-1 has a cool color scheme which I can only describe as Coral and Guava. It's pretty hard to photograph but has a cool sherbet-y aesthetic in person. She also transforms into a boat which is a unique vehicle mode for her. The Cyber Changers lines don't offer a lot of articulation, but I still love having her in my collection.

Transformers Rescue Bots - ELITA-1!

Several years ago the popular Transformers: Rescue Bots preschool toyline had a spinoff line featuring additional classic characters like Starscream and Mirage. This line was called the Classic Heroes Team and had packaging graphics that occasionally featured Arcee (you can spy her on the back of this figure, too). Ever since first seeing this illustration, I was obsessed with getting a classic Transformers fembot in this blocky preschool format. Well, it took three years but we finally got one. Of course, it's Elita-1 and not Arcee, and it's just a simple repaint of Bumblebee, but I still think she's really fun. It's easily the most feminine of the modern Rescue Bot sculpts, and her bold pink paintjob certainly adds a lot of bright color to the existing female lineup of Quickshadow and Whirl. I hope we'll eventually get the teased Arcee and maybe some others, but realistically they'd probably just be repaints of this same figure. Auldey Transformers - ELITA-ONE!

Transformers - Alpha Elite Action Series 02 Blind Box - Elita-1 - Auldey 2025

I'm thrilled with the Alpha Elita Transformers blind box figures from Auldey. In quick succession they have given us the two most iconic female Transformers in amazing G1 designs and for a very reasonable price (for blind box imports of course). No, these figures do not actually transform. But for a collector of fembots with a penchant for classic animation designs, the modern Hasbro and Takaratomy transforming toys have so much kibble that the sleek animation references get lost pretty quickly. I realize that the female autobots in the G1 cartoon defied physics with their transformations even more than the male characters did, and that's exactly why these figures are so great. We've seen some great figures of Bumblebee, Megatron, and Optimus Prime that both closely resemble their animated appearance and also transform, but for the female characters we haven't been so lucky. Their petite designs just can't contain the sheer mass of their vehicle forms without a miracle of modern engineering. 

Transformers One - ELITA-1!

Transformers Studio Series - Transformers One - Elita-1 - Hasbro 2025

The Transformers Studio Series Deluxe Class line can be a bit confusing with their releases. In the Transformers One movie from last year, Elita-1 was a major character. She is in all the big scenes and she is in the core group of all the promotional images, but her Deluxe Studio Series figure didn't come out for a year after her contemporaries. And with the last big theatrical movie, Transformers Rise of the Beasts, they released figures of Airazor and Nightbird, but skipped on Arcee. The Airazor was essentially a concept design (not in the film) and Nightbird's scenes were so quick that you never got a great look. And with the Bumblebee (2018) film, the two ladies (Shatter and Arcee) were released 15 months and 43 months after the premiere (whereas the leading male characters are on the shelves before the movie is released). This Elita-1 got the same predictable delay, but she's basically the quintessential TFOne Elita released so far, so she was worth the wait. Let's check her out below!

Auldey Transformers One - ELITA-1!

Transformers One - Action Figure Series 1 - Elita-1 - Hasbro/Auldey 2024

When I got my first Auldey Transformers figure last month (a beautiful G1 Arcee), I instantly started researching what other toys this company had made. I knew there was a G1 Elita-1 coming in wave two, but a quick search on eBay pulled up a bunch of listings for this Transformers One Elita figure that I previously knew nothing about. All the images I saw were clearly digital renderings, but I was so impressed by Arcee, that I bought this figure blindly. I was admittedly surprised when the figure arrived in a simple (printed) cardboard shipper box with a plastic tray inside. She was nearly twice and tall as the Arcee from a few weeks before and she was essentially a statue with almost no articulation. She was inexpensive so I wasn't upset, but I had a lot of errant preconceived notions I needed to accept. But the fact that she still looks very cool and imposing (she's about the same height as the large Yolopark Cogged Elita-1 figure) makes me glad to have her in my collection. Transformers: Age of Extinction - KSI WIDOW!

In 2014's Transformers: Age of Extinction film, a nefarious company called KSI has manufactured their own Transformers by reverse engineering scavenged debris and downloading the consciousness of slain robots from the battlefields of the first three movies. Mixed into this melting pot was the consciousness of Megatron, who was resurrected as KSI's main weapon, Galvatron. In several scenes, Galvatron has taken control of other KSI Transformers and is controlling them like drones. Several of these only ever appear in vehicle form, and that is when Hasbro had the idea to take some unused concept designs for a character named Widowmaker and merge them with one of these background character (cars) retroactively. Whatever the convoluted origin, I am obsessed with this toy. She reminds me a bit of Marvel's Danger, with a dash of Shatter and the BM Blackarachnia mold. Her headsculpt and and color palette are unlike anything in my Transformers collection. Let's check her out below!

Auldey Transformers - ARCEE!

Transformers - Alpha Elite Action Series 01 Blind Box - Arcee - Auldey 2025

With all the movie and modern television versions of Arcee and Elita-1 action figures filling the toy shelves in recent years, it is really nice to see a series super classic G1 figures. Auldey is Chinese company with origins making knockoff racecar toys and yoyos in the early 90s. Over the years, they have legitimized their business and become well-known for producing toys from popular brands like Pokemon and Super Wings. But this Transformers blind box series is the first thing that got me excited. The sculpts are very representative of the 80's animated look and the figure scales vary drastically depending on the character.. but reflect the actual character scale in the vintage cartoon. (Arcee is on the small side). This was my first Auldey purchase but I have a movie Elita-1 on the way and there is a classic G1 Elita-1 coming in wave 2. I'm very hopeful we might see some more classic ladies. I for some reason keep envisioning a Firestar as a chase figure. Here's hoping! Let's check out Arcee below!

Transformers One - ELITA-1!

Transformers One: Galaxy Version 7 Wave 2 - Elita-1 - Bloks/Buluke/Blokees 2025

The Blokees obsession in the toy market today has seemingly come out of nowhere. Around this time last year I picked up my first Blokees figure (a Rise of the Beasts Arcee) that I was moderately happy with. My second purchase, however, was a Transformers One Elita-1 last year that I was obsessed with. But the current obsession has nothing two do with those two figures, but rather the smaller blindbox designs that have filled up every toy and comic shop overnight. This new Elita-1 is the first female to be included in the blindbox assortments so my firsthand knowledge is a little lacking. I believe there are two scale of blindbox figures. This Elita-1 is in the larger Galaxy Version, and then there is a super tiny and cute Defender Version scale which look like the old Playskool Robot Heroes, but super articulated and slightly SD. I hope they make a female character in that scale soon. The larger scales are not blindboxed and come in larger holographic packaging specific to the character you want.

Transformers Busts - ARCEE!

With all the great G1 Arcee products we've seen in the last two decades, it's amazing to look back and see one of the first official pieces to capture the token Transformers female in all her glory. The Heroes of Cybertron PVC figure was released at least five years earlier, but this DST sculpt celebrated her in a whole new way. It's still shocking to think they they only made 1000 of this mini-bust (and only 600 of Elita One). Back in the early 2000s, mini-busts were all the rage. So many different companies were producing them and every comic specialty store had display cases full of beautiful little statues. I avoided them for as long as I could (purely for budgetary reasons). But just a few months earlier I had purchased my first (Firestar). Arcee and Elita One were my next two purchases. Now I can't even count how many I have. But even through those multitudes, these Transformers busts stand out as perfect collectibles from a time when these characters had almost no representation. Transformers Busts - ELITA ONE!

Transformers Busts - Elita One (BBTS Exclusive LE 600) - Diamond Select 2008

For roughly seven years, this was the only Elita One piece in my collection (I now have over twenty). As much as I've always embraced her as a key character in Transformers lore, the tragic truth is that she had only appeared in a single G1 episode (that most diehard Transformers bros hated). And my handful of Transformers friends had never even heard of her. So this bust was a dream come true for me. She has a perfect classic sculpt from Mark Wong and I didn't hesitate at all to buy her. She was actually my second ever order from BBTS and also my second ever mini-bust purchase (after the 2007 Firestar Bust that opened the floodgates). The only downside to this purchase was my overinflated expectations. I either heard a rumor of a Chromia or just imagined it, but either way I was a little deflated they only made two fembots. But I'm so glad Diamond Select Toys made the first official classically-inspired female Transformers products. Let's check out Elita One below!

Transformers Authentics - ELITA-1!

Transformers Authentics (Discount Store Basic Series) - Elita-1 - Hasbro 2025

The newfound A-list status of Elita-1 continues with this basic series figure from the Transformers Authentics line. This is an inexpensive, yet official, line made by Hasbro for stores like FiveBelow, Dollar General, and Family Dollar. There are several different scales for this line, but so far the female figures (Arcee and now Elita-1) have only been in the smallest Bravo Class style. The roster of these figures is pretty exclusive with only the top-tier characters making the cut. Ever since her leading role in 2020's War For Cybertron animated series on Netflix, Elita-1's popularity has been on a steady climb and she has been the go-to token fembot ever since (in Earthspark, Transformers One, Cyberworld, etc). I've always adored this character so I'm thrilled she is finally in the spotlight and getting an abundance of long overdue merchandising. While this isn't the greatest toy in the world, I considered her inclusion in this line a badge of honor. Let's check out the Transformers Authentics Elita-1 below!
