I'm not a big collector of anime-styled action figures.  Mostly this is because of the overwhelming abundance of them, but a large part is due to the fact that they so often fail to deliver on the "action" part of action figures.  Ususally they just have some cat ears and a miniskirt and that's the extent of the character development.  But Scan2Go struck me as a little different.  Scan2Go is a Korean/Japanese cartoon dealing with an interplanetary racing game where players have miniature remote controlled cars that race for them.  The main team is composed of five Earthlings on Team Jet.  Each of their cars have names and an animal spirit.  Fiona Ryder's car is Leopatra whose animal spirit is an awesome looking pink leopard.  I'm a sucker animal companions.  Especially when they're paired with a female character.  She-Ra would be nothing to me without Swiftwind.  The two main figures from this toy line (Myron and Kaz) seemed to have had heavy circulation in the US at stores like TRU, but the other three characters seem to have only been released in Europe (at least as far as I can tell).  Let's check out Fiona below!

Fiona is articulated at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and ankles.

Leopatra's leopard form is unarticulated, but I think she looks amazingly cool.

Here are some images from the cartoon.

Time for a Comparison Pic!

    1. I'm glad you liked the review! I wasn't sure if anyone would care about her since the show wasn't a huge hit in America. I got mine from a UK eBay seller pretty recently after searching for her for a while. Some of my favorite toys to collect are modern foreign cartoon properties. The obscurity of the figures is extremely enticing to me.
